GenAI for Senior Health Care

AFH（An Adult Family ome）is a residential facility that provides care and housing for a small number of elderly or disabled individuals who are unable to live independently. It features 24/7 on-site nursing staff, and in the United States, each home typically accommodates 6-8 residents. It is regulated by state health departments to ensure the quality of care and compliance with safety standards.

By leveraging technologies such as speech recognition, speech synthesis, and real-time translation, we can break down language communication barriers. Additionally, utilizing the principles of large language models, along with their capabilities in language understanding, processing, and generation, we can address the issue of insufficient professional skills among caregivers.

By combining the powerful language understanding and processing capabilities of our specialized large language model with the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) engine, we can quickly sort through and fill out admission documents, significantly enhancing the speed of resident intake. Originally, it took 2 to 3 weeks for residents to be admitted, but with AI empowerment, it now only takes 30 minutes.

In the event of an emergency involving residents, we swiftly construct emergency response recommendations in accordance with state regulations and automatically generate incident reports. Additionally, by referencing medication instructions, we monitor the types of drugs, dosage specifications, and safety measures to ensure proper medication administration.
